Meet Dan Whitaker
Real Estate Is Local. So Is the Advice.
I’m a Cumming-based REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, serving buyers and sellers throughout Forsyth County, Lake Lanier and North Metro Atlanta.
Before real estate, I spent more than 30 years leading teams in upscale restaurants, resorts and hotels, including The Sanctuary Hotel on Kiawah Island and Marriott Autograph Collection conversions. That work taught me to anticipate needs, manage the details and stay calm when problems come up.
I live in Cumming with my wife, Bianca, and our Shih Tzu, Sawyer.
